    1. All cancellations must be received in writing by AFMA at events@afma.co.za.
    2. Cancellations received before or on 8 October 2021 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
    3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 8 October 2021.
    4. All refunds due will only be issued after the symposium.
    5. AFMA reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
    6. No-shows will not be refunded and will be liable for full payment.
